The Empowered Entrepreneur Book
It’s here! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to be able to share my dear friend Elizabeth Cairns’ incredible book, The Empowered Entrepreneur: Mastering the Art of a Thriving Business. What a beautiful, comprehensive and thoughtful book, I’m so excited that it’s out there in the world.
This glorious book is going to become a well-thumbed handbook for every entrepreneur who dreams of stepping out of the hustle, taking back the reins within their business and living life aligned with what really matters. Drawing on more than twenty years’ experience in her work as a coach, therapist and internationally acclaimed speaker, Elizabeth has created a brilliant book that empowers entrepreneurs run a thriving business and to live an inspired life.
Elizabeth and I have worked together for many years, and I know first-hand just how extraordinary she is at what she does. Having all of this pulled together in one place (288 pages to be precise) is a real gift and something that I’m sure I, and you guys, will return to time and again.
The chapters set out what it means to be an Empowered Entrepreneur and how to put that in place: Vitality, Space, The Work, You: The Entrepreneur, Staying True, Failure, Flow and Getting it Done. I’m sure that you, like me, will find that there are some chapters that you’re already instinctively ‘on’, and plenty more that will benefit from a little focus and attention!
Whether you’re already implementing the principles, or Elizabeth’s approach is an absolute revelation, there’s tons of great stuff in there that you can keep returning to. One of the chapters I really enjoyed was Flow. As someone who is often revved up and ready to go, the idea of waiting for the right moment can be a frustrating one. Elizabeth so eloquently explains why there is a season for everything and how to make the most of flow within your business.
I’ll be continuing to embrace the principles of The Empowered No, The Art of Discernment and Empowering your Approach, something I’ve been working really hard on over the past couple of years.
The book was designed by yours truly and we worked with an amazing bunch of photographers (Katie Spicer, Cathy Pyle, Cecelina Tornberg and Annie Spratt) as well as the wonderful Gail Jones who created the beautiful illustrations. Next week I’ll share some of my insights into the process behind the scenes as so much love and thought has gone into this book.
To celebrate the launch, Elizabeth has created a beautiful gift box which contained the goodies above as well as a Bach rescue remedy and a gorgeous Clarity candle especially commissioned from Pure Thoughts. She may well have a couple left available on her website if you’d like to treat yourself or a friend…
You can find full details of where to buy your copy on Elizabeth’s website. I highly recommend it!
